Defibrillator (AED) Training from $800 per group

On completion of this course, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion for: Operate an AED. This is non-accredited training, however the course material is from the nationally accredited course Advanced Resuscitation and learning outcomes include the ability to recognise the need for an automated external defibrillator, complete safety checks for the use of an AED, unpack and follow the prompts of a defibrillator.
Defibrillator Group Training
We deliver training for groups in our Sydney training centre or we can come to you and provide in-house training at your location. By completing a group training enquiry or booking form, we’ll supply you with a competitive quote.
Defibrillator Course Details
This is a 3 hour face-to-face course and the certificate is valid for 1 year.
Students need to complete a short pre-study before attending the course.
All students are required to competently complete the practical and theory assessment including the pre-study workbook and a multiple choice theory
paper at the end of the training to receive a certificate of completion.
Students are to provide a pen and note pad and wear comfortable clothing. If an invoice is required please contact Training Aid Australia’s head office.
Who needs Defibrillator Training?
This course covers the use and administration of defibrillation in an emergency. If your workplace has this equipment then people must be certified to operate it. Job roles and locations associated with this qualification include:

Pre-Study Online Training Option
Online training takes approx 2 hours. Once enrolled the student will receive a login, password and web link via email for the online component to be completed prior to the course date.
You will require a computer, internet connection, speakers (or ear phones) and the latest version of Adobe Flash(free download) to view the online course.
The Online Training has Google Translate available so you can complete your study in your Native Language. View a full list of language translations available.
