On completion of this course, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment in Provide Responsible Conduct of Gambling SITHGAM201. The NSW RCG course is recognised in all states except Victoria. This course is accredited and Nationally Recognised Training SITHGAM201 – Provide Responsible Gambling Services Unit of Competency from the Tourism, Travel, Hospitality 2012 Training Package.
In Sydney the Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) training course is delivered and certificates are issued by Edway Training Pty Ltd (RTO No 91401).
At Liverpool, the RSG course is delivered and certificates are issued by St. Moses the Black Pty Ltd (RTO 41526).
RCG Group Training
We deliver training for groups in our Sydney and Liverpool Training Centre or we can come to you and provide in-house training at your location. By completing a group training enquiry or booking form, we’ll supply you with a competitive quote.
RCG Course Details
The course fee includes the $30 Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing (OLGR) certificate processing fee.
A multiple choice workbook and written workbook is completed by each student. Assessment can only be attempted once. If a competent mark is not scored, the student will have to pay a re-assessment fee of $30.
Participants must be 18 years old on the day of course completion.
RSA/RCG competency card is valid for 5 years. If you have done the RSA/RCG NSW within the past 5 years and 28 days, you must check with the Justice Liquor and Gaming NSW to complete the RSA & RCG refresher
You have 28 days to complete refresher online after your card expires
Beyond 28 days students must complete the entire course again

All staff working in alcohol serving areas including all staff working in gaming areas of hotels and registered clubs are required to complete an approved course. Prospective employees must complete the RCG course prior to the commencement of working in gaming areas.
